What’s the sequel?
Take a page out of history.
At the the end of any project, the project team should compile a document with all the lessons learned. This helps for any future teams that might elaborate more on the project or, if the project happens to fail, the next project team can see what went wrong and what to do the next time to remedy such problems.
Everyone always says that we must learn from the past so not to run into the same mistakes as before. This is the same case for projects. Let us not make the same mistakes as if they had not been made the first time around. To not have to make the same mistakes again saves both time and money. It allows for not wasting the service of people and tools that are necessary to complete everything.
